Dear Franziska Wanninger or Franziska Wenninscha

Blog posts and tweets have been known to force companies and individuals to take responsibility for their bad behavior and make good. I’m watching to see what happens here, and I’m wondering what implications this has for future conflicts.

As I am continuing to suffer a loss from this horrible event, I’ve decided that I will use my blog to write letters to the owner of the vehicle and anyone involved with this incident. The letters will be about anything pertaining to this incident.
Dear Franziska Wannimnger (or Franziska Wenninscha or whatever name you are going to call yourself next):

I have been keeping up with my site stats both through my domain host as well as through various other scripts and things I have going on. In addition to the numerous hits I’ve gotten from Geico, I have had an extreme increase in German traffic.

I only personally know three people that live in Germany. Two of them live together as a couple, and the third lives in their same city. You are the 4th German to come into my field of vision.

Most of the German hits come from the same locations, but something interesting showed up today. It appears that some person in a household with the IP address beginning with 93.199.76 has spent a lot of time today/last night trying to get my site tagged as a search engine spammer. Multiple visits have come to my site from that IP address, and they have shown up from this website.

Now, now, honey. If I were merely a search engine spammer, I would not have had the success I’ve had in securing Google placement for your name. Believe me, I once worked for a search engine spammer, so I know how they operate.

Rather than try to find ways to get me out of Google, why not come up with a solution to be an adult and handle your business?
YOUR CAR HIT MY CAR IN A HIT AND RUN.
